CASA VIEIRA LOBO is a local accommodation with the registration number 125150\/AL, belonging to the company Vers\u00e1til Retorno Lda, NIF 513918590 is the legitimate owner and therefore responsible for the website and as such undertakes to guarantee the privacy of the personal data of its users in line with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).<\/span><\/p>\n

For the purposes of executing the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists or the Local Accommodation Management Contract entered into with CASA VIEIRA LOBO, namely payment transactions, management of entries and exits, guest management, management of contractual obligations or for the purposes of pre-contractual due diligence.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. For the purposes of contact via email, mobile communications, digital platforms, within the scope of CASA VIEIRA LOBO’s marketing strategies, commercial and contractual information and communications, as well as for requests for information.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. For statistical analysis purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    The processing of your personal data will be carried out on the basis of the execution of the Temporary Accommodation Contract for Tourists, the Local Accommodation Management Contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on CASA VIEIRA LOBO, namely by legislation on the Entry, Stay and Exit of Foreigners in the National Territory and tax legislation (article 6.1 b) and c) of the GDPR).<\/span><\/p>\n

    The personal data collected for the purposes set out in paragraphs c) and d) of the previous point are based on the consent given by you to CASA VIEIRA LOBO for the respective processing (Article 6(1)(a) and Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).<\/span><\/p>\n

    TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED<\/span><\/p>\n

    Within the scope of its activity, CASA VIEIRA LOBO will collect and process the personal data necessary to provide the contracted services, requests for information or pre-contractual management, namely identification, contact, banking or payment data.<\/span><\/p>\n
