1 \ Booking Policy
Reservations made by e-mail, telephone and booking platforms are accepted. After the booking process, a receipt will be sent with all the details so that it can be confirmed by the guest.
Once validated, a bank transfer of 100% of the total amount of the reservation must be made in order for it to be completed. The deadline for payment is 48 hours and proof must be sent by email to casavieiraloboarouca@gmail.com. Once proof has been sent, the booking will be confirmed by Casa Vieira Lobo. Reservations will be validated according to the order in which the booking confirmations arrive.
Unless otherwise specified, minimum stays are two nights.
2 \ Check-in | Check-out
Check-in: From 15:00 to 18:00
Check-out: Until 11:00
At check-in, guests must identify themselves and provide their identification document (ID card/passport) for verification.
Check-out may take place outside the defined hours, provided that availability is checked and that these changes have no effect on other reservations and/or on cleaning work in the accommodation unit.
If the accommodation is not vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of check-out, without any justification or prior consent from Casa Vieira Lobo, compensation will be charged immediately.
Casa Vieira Lobo does not have a 24-hour reception service. Guests are kindly requested to inform us 30 minutes before their estimated time of arrival.
3 \ Cancellation Policy
To cancel or change the dates of your reservation, please send us an email to casavieiraloboarouca@gmail.com. Only cancellations or changes received by this means will be accepted.
Cancellation of the reservation is subject to the following conditions:
– Up to 14 days before the check-in date, the client will receive the full amount paid for the reservation (100% of the value of the stay);
– In the 7 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged;
If the guest does not show up on the day indicated for check-in, the amount corresponding to the first night will be charged. In situations of force majeure, duly proven by the guest, in which an early departure is necessary, with a date prior to check-out, or cancellation of the reservation, Casa Vieira Lobo will deliver a Voucher to the Guest with a date for a future stay, scheduled according to the availability of the Accommodation.
4 \ Changes to reservations
If you wish to make changes to your initial reservation, such as changing the check-in or check-out date, you must inform us of your intention by email. If possible, Casa Vieira Lobo will make the requested changes.
Changes to dates are permitted upon payment of the difference between the low and high season rates.
Date changes must be made up to 3 days before the day initially booked. In other words, changes cannot be made the day before the day initially booked. A booking can only be rescheduled once and for a booking that has already been rescheduled, the general cancellation conditions apply to the amount initially paid.
5 \ Payment methods
Payment amounts will be mentioned at the time of booking and may vary according to the time of year chosen by the guest.
Reservations will be guaranteed upon payment of the total amount of the stay, and upon receipt of proof of payment to be sent to the email address (casavieiraloboarouca@gmail.com).
Failure to pay this amount will automatically result in the booking being canceled.
Casa Vieira Lobo offers the following payment methods: bank transfer and ATM on site.
6 \ Extra Bed and Child Rate
Children up to (and including) 3 years stay free of charge.
Children from 4 years up to 17 years stay for EUR 25.00 per child per night.
Only 1 extra bed/crib can be placed per suite. The price of each extra bed is €25 per night. Extra beds are subject to availability.
When using available cribs, children up to (and including) 3 years stay free of charge.
SERVICES
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 09:00 and 11:00. Any specific request for a particular product must be made at the time of booking.
Bar
Use of the bar is autonomous. Use a card to note down what you consume during your stay. Present the card at check-out.
Cleaning
When you arrive, your room will be clean and ready for occupancy, with bed linen, bath towels and toiletries.
The room is tidied daily in the morning, unless otherwise requested.
Casa Vieira Lobo’s responsibility
Casa Vieira Lobo is responsible for ensuring adequate hygiene, cleanliness and safety conditions for guests.
Casa Vieira Lobo will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that may go missing within its premises.
Casa Vieira Lobo will not be liable to the guest in the event of a delay in making the accommodation available, if there is a reason of force majeure. Force majeure reasons are those which make it impossible or difficult to provide the accommodation, such as natural disasters, accidents in the accommodation itself, strikes, blockades.
Guest Responsibility
Respect the established rules by cooperating in the fulfillment of these terms.
Honor the personal dignity of other guests and Casa Vieira Lobo employees.
Report any anomalies or deficiencies in the operation of the LA, so that they can be remedied immediately.
Use Casa Vieira Lobo’s facilities in an appropriate and careful manner, taking responsibility for any damage caused to the accommodation.
Damage to property
You are obliged to compensate Casa Vieira Lobo for any damage caused to the accommodation unit and/or its support facilities.
Pets
Given the legal requirements for the accommodation of animals, pets are not allowed.
General prohibitions
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and the open space.
Noise production between 10pm and 8am.
